• Contractor model: We offer a split of revenue where doctors wish to join as contractors.

• Salary model:
  • Salary: $120 per hour (totalling $237,120 annually based on 38-hour week).
  • Superannuation: 11.5% super ($13.80 per hour), totalling $27,268.80.
  • Total Annual Salary: $264,388.80 for a full-time GP.
  • Additional Earnings: Quarterly top-up beyond wages (including superannuation and leave entitlements) for non-nurse aided care (70% split) and nurse-aided care (65%).
  • Salary Sacrifice: Gain access to a further tax-free threshold of $32K per year due to our charitable status.
  • Leave Entitlements: 4 weeks paid annual leave, 10 days paid personal/carer’s leave, and 2 days unpaid carer’s leave per year.
